Medihoney™ Wound Gel is made of 80% medical grade Mānuka Honey combined with natural wax and oils to provide a high viscosity gel that is easy to apply and easy to wash off when dressings are changed. Medihoney wound gel can be used throughout the healing process.
Comvita Medihoney™ contains medical grade manuka honey, which is a standardised grade of antibacterial Leptospermum sp. (Mānuka) honey as specified by scientific research.

Great product for skin burn
wow this is the best i suffer from ALCL which comes out as large lesions on the skin so i now have found the best wound gel ever it decreases healing time to half when lesions are filled from the bottom up with the gel and then covered with a waterproof bandage and cleaned and changed every 2-3 days I recommend this product 5 stars Thank you Comvita for making this product available
